About Me

I am a 32-year-old with over 15 years of combined childcare experience under my belt. Starting out as a babysitter for neighbors as a teen, my love for working with children grew. From there I filled a few different childcare roles before becoming a full-time career nanny. It was when I became a mother in 2015 that I realized just how overwhelming that beginning stage can feel, especially to those who might not have much childcare experience themselves. Even after over 5 years as a full-time nanny, there were still so many things I didn't know. I started my training as a NCS in 2019, realizing that I could make this my next step In my career : bringing all my knowledge, training, and personal experience to the table to help families feel more secure in the early days of becoming a parent. Since then I have logged thousands of hours caring for newborns, and look forward to the many more I can assist along my journey.

I completed my Newborn Care Specialist training through Newborn Care Training Academy and became certified through Newborn Care Specialist Association. I am currently working on my Lactation Consultant training through Lactation Education. For a complete overview of my completed trainings and full resume, I am happy to share this privately with any clients interested.

Staying up to date with various trainings to expand my arsenal of knowledge is very important to me. This way, I can give even more to those I help.
